There was some talk a year or so back of Epiphone being in discussion with McCartney to produce a McCartney Casino. I personally would find it cool to see his name on a guit but on the other hand that would give the company the opportunity to increase the prices drastically!!! Is it because George never wanted a signature guitar named after him? Was he sooo humble and modest? I mean, this man has made the electric 12-string famous!!! And even the company with a slight german name (although the guy was from Switzerland) never ever mentioned his name on the guitar that made him famnous. To be quite honest I could never identify with Lennon. I personally think the Casino George had was ten times more beautiful than the one Lennon had, but that's only my opinion. It that Limited Edition Casino with the Bigsby the only tribute to Georgy or Macca? I was wondering if Epiphone ever considered doing a signature George Harrison or Paul McCartney Casino? Everyone is only talking about Lennon Lennon Lennon!!! Where are the other two geniuses in there?
